Returns

We’re sorry to hear that you need to return a purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we want to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Osuso provides details about our products to help you shop and provide the best experience possible. Please be sure to review all sizing and product information prior to purchase. If you need more information, please contact us at support@osusoproject.com.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Please note we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable.

All products must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition, along with original tags attached and original packaging.

Refunds will be given for the following reasons:

  • The size is incorrect (the size is not the same as the size on the order confirmation).
  • You are dissatisfied with the garment. Please provide a detailed reason.
  • You have received the incorrect garment (the garment you received is different that the garment on the order confirmation).

Returns will not be processed until the returned product is received and inspected by Osuso. Garments damaged due to misuse or poor return packaging will not be accepted. Please note, every order is individually inspected by hand at Osuso before it is packaged up for shipping.

If we sent you the wrong product or incorrect size (the size or garment is different than the size/garment on the order confirmation), we will cover the return shipping costs. The same conditions apply - all products must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition, along with original tags attached and original packaging. If you received an incorrect item(s), please contact us at support@osusoproject.com and we will help you out.

Please note, items sent back to Osuso without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Instructions

You will need to notify us within 14 days after delivery date that you wish to process a return. Please send an email to support@osusoproject.com with the following information:

  • Your order number (you can find this on your original confirmation email).
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (please provide detailed reason).

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process/review your return request. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you via email of the refund or exchange details.

All returns must be authorized by Osuso via email prior to return shipping.

If the return is approved your refund (minus any shipping costs) will be refunded back onto the original method of payment used for purchase.

For returns from Canada and the US, we will provide a return shipping label via email with detailed shipping instructions.
We are currently unable to accept returns from outside Canada or the US.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed we work quickly to process and ship the order. If you need to cancel an order please contact us at support@osusoproject.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order is shipped we are unable to modify or cancel the order.


Excessive Returns

Osuso keeps track of returns to identify misuse or abuse of our shipping and return policies. Customers may be flagged who meet our criteria for excessive returns. Osuso reserves the right to refuse an order that it deems fraudulent or abusive.
