Free shipping on all orders over $250 CAD, shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel

• Standard - $12.95 CAD, shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel
• Express - $35.00 CAD, shipped via Canada Post XPresspost
• Priority - we are not able to offer priority shipping at this time.

Please note we are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties on deliveries going to the US.

International 
Please contact us at support@osusoproject.com. All International Orders are subject to extra fees that vary from country to country. All extra fees, which could include import customs fees, local government taxes and duties, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Order Processing

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase, shipping information and payment details. Orders are processed within two business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a second email with a Canada Post tracking number with all shipping details including expected time of delivery.

Please note Osuso is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by factors outside of our control.

Once a package is shipped, Osuso is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage in transit. As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot under any circumstances issue refunds for lost packages.

Purchases may not be shipped to PO boxes.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping your order.

Osuso reserves the right to refuse an order that it deems fraudulent or abusive.

We accept payment through Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or by Credit Card through Shopify Payments.
